Etro navy, black and white cocktail dress with 3/4 sleeves. Invisible zipper closure in back. Sleeve has two small pleats on outside seams. Pattern change from upper to lower gives the illusion of a blouse and skirt combo. Waist has off center pleats. The back has a center pleat on upper portion. This fabric has a slight stretch to it. Excellent condition
