We accept all major credit cards. The item will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is received and verified.

Authenticity is guaranteed on all items listed unless otherwise stated on the item.

Free Shipping

We provide FREE SHIPPING with in the U.S for all orders placed on our website. We ship via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Please contact us if you would like insurance or for international orders. All items delivered with in California are charged California sales tax.

Return & Exchange

All of our items are on consignment so we can not accept returns or exchanges. We greatly value our wonderful consigners and customers, and want each to be fully satisfied. We measure and examine each item carefully. Unless we have misrepresented an item, the sale is final. 

Please measure a garment of your own to be sure of proper fit. If you have questions that are not answered in the description, please email us with your questions before purchasing. Thank you for your understanding!

Have fabulous designer treasures you no longer cherish? Consign them with us and turn them into extra spending money. Vicki’s Secret is a designer consignment shop in Petaluma, CA, specializing in high-end labels such as Chanel, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Prada... Just to name a few.

Guidelines

We accept women’s designer clothing, shoes, furs, accessories, and fine jewelry in sizes 0-18 as well as high-end gift items for men (i.e. Hermes ties, pocket squares and designer watches).

  1. Items must have a designer label (no second or third tier labels please i.e. no DKNY, Polo or SEE by Chloe)

  2. Items must be in pristine condition (no rips, stains, wrinkles or missing buttons)

  3. Items must be no more than two years old (exceptions: Chanel, Hermes, and Pucci)

  4. Items must be clean, fresh, and ready-to-wear
