Celine navy rouched Sweetheart dress. Spaghetti straps with zipper in back for closure. Straps have been altered to be shorter; this can be reversed if needed. Straps were not cut. Rouching on all seams to top of legs. Pleated center below hips giving the dress a slight flare. Excellent condition.
